Shipping Policy

Shipping Time — Most orders received before 5:00 PM EST will ship within 5 – 7 business days, provided the product ordered is in stock. This will give us the time to assemble your bike to your specifications, thoroughly inspect your product, test for safety issues and properly pack your bike for shipping. We have learned from experience that rushing this process only results in possible malfunction and possible damage during shipping. Our goal is to minimize returns due to defective components and / or damage during the shipping process.

Fat Tire Electric Bikes cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by Fat Tire Electric Bikes and Bike Parts or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.

The Fat Tire Electric Bikes Store shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within the same state. For orders shipped to other states, you are solely responsible for all sales taxes or other taxes.

If you have a defective part, you must return it to us before we can send you a replacement part. A chargeback to your credit card company is not a method of correcting a warranty issue as you already have your electric bike.
